I have to admit &#8211; I hadn&#8217;t given it much thought until &#8211; (several times in a single day) someone I was with &#8211; whipped out their phone and used their voice to search for something they were looking for.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0in; font-family: Aptos; font-size: 12.0pt;\"><strong>A light bulb went off<\/strong> over my head (I&#8217;m certain of it). All of a sudden &#8211; I had a lot of questions about how I could optimize my site for those using voice search.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0in; font-family: Aptos; font-size: 12.0pt;\"><strong>I noticed that those using their voice <\/strong>&#8211; instead of their fingers to search for something online were phrasing their questions in a more conversational format. That means that the search engines we are using &#8211; have become better at determining context in order to provide an effective set of results for the searcher.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0in; font-family: Aptos; font-size: 12.0pt;\"><strong>Like you, I&#8217;m already using keywords,<\/strong> alt text and more to optimize my site.
